Troy Albert Fisher age 85 of Elgin passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012. He was born December 4, 1926. Troy was preceded in death by his wife; Billie Fisher. He is survived by his children; David Fisher, Gerald Fisher, Michael Fisher, Susie Jennings, Debbie Richart, LuAnn Wilson, Christy Severson, Troy Allen Fisher, and Teresa Garza, brother; Raymond Fisher, and numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March14, 2012 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home.
