Frederick Carl Parker, age 77 of Dale, Texas formerly of Elgin passed away Friday, March 16, 2012. He was born November 11, 1934 in Cameron County, Texas. He is survived by his wife; Lucy Parker, children; Bertha McElroy, Kelly Parker, and Sidney Parker, 6 Grandchildren, and 1 Great Grandchild. Visitation will be held 4:00-6:00 pm Sunday, March 18, 2012. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Monday, March 19, 2012 at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home, Interment to follow at Young’s Prairie Cemetery.
