Rev. Ralph M. Walters Sr. retired Lutheran Pastor formerly of Palacios and Elgin, TX. died Thursday January 17, 2013. He is survived by wife Lil Walters; children Diana Mathews, Ralph Jr. and Pat Walters, Gary and Shirley Madsen; 6 Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home Elgin, TX. Sunday January 20th. 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services are 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 21, 2013, Grace Lutheran Church Elgin, TX.. Graveside Services will follow at 2:00 p.m., LaGrange City Cemetery.
