A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, July 1, 2014, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home.
Celebration of life Services will be held 2:00 Wednesday, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
