Aarron Michael Blaine Trevino, beloved son, father, brother, and friend, passed away on September 3, 2025, in Austin, Texas, at the age of 38. He was born on January 30, 1987, in Austin, Texas, to Angel Trevino and Janie Gonzalez.
Aarron grew up in Elgin, Texas, where he spent his childhood and formed a lifetime of memories with family and friends. He was known for his big heart, his playful goofiness, and his endless stories about “back in my track or football day.” Always ready with a smile or a laugh, Aarron had a way of making every moment brighter.
Aarron was mechanically inclined and loved working with his hands. He enjoyed spending time with his cousins and sharing in family moments that brought everyone together. A lover of all sports, he especially cherished football, track, basketball, and fishing. He was a proud, diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, cheering for his team with passion and loyalty every season. Away from the field, Aarron was a true “Pool Shark,” known for his skill at the table and his love of the game.
Above all, Aarron’s greatest joy in life was his children — Aarron Lee Angel, Arianna Leeann, and Nicholas Trevino. He loved taking them on adventures, whether it was going to the movies, heading to the beach, or simply spending quality time together. His children were his world, and he cherished every moment with them.
He is survived by his father, Angel Trevino; his mother, Janie Gonzalez, and stepfather, Oscar Gonzalez; his children, Aarron Lee Angel, Arianna Leeann, and Nicholas Trevino; his sister, Celinda and husband Michael Johnson, and their children Kamryn Leigh, Alex Michelle, Charlee Sue, and Connor Joe Johnson; his stepsisters, Cassandra Zamora and Andrea Gonzalez, and her children Andrea, Robert, and Solana; his stepbrother, Oscar and wife Janie Gonzalez, and their son Silas; and his nephew, Lee Aaron Mikel Trevino Jr., son of his late brother Lee.
Aarron was preceded in death by his brother, Lee Angel Trevino; his maternal grandparents, Jose and Trinidad Navejas; and his paternal grandparents, Angel and Olga Trevino.
Family and friends are invited to honor his life during a visitation on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 PM at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home, with the recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Mass Christian Burial will follow on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with interment at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
Aarron will be remembered for his laughter, his love, his devotion to family, his passion for sports, and his playful spirit around a pool table. His legacy will live on in his children and in the hearts of all who loved him.
