Jimmy Earl Kylberg, 64, passed away peacefully, Friday, March 27, 2020. He was born September 3, 1954 in Elgin, TX at the Fleming Hospital and was a lifelong resident of Elgin, TX.
Jimmy had a contagious laugh and was a natural when it came to making people smile. A member of the Elgin High School Class of 1972, Jimmy is remembered by his classmates as hard working, a great story teller and the ultimate prankster who would give anyone the shirt off his back.
He loved the game of Baseball and was well known for his skill as both a pitcher and a center fielder. He coached several little league teams and could often be found motivating and working one on one with local kids in the off season. Jimmy also had a love for animals and loved being outdoors riding horses or out working his land and his cattle.
Never one to mince his words Jimmy always told it like it was and everyone loved him for it. He was kind hearted, loyal and a true friend to many.
He is survived by his Mother, Arlene Parks of Elgin; his Brother, Morris Jones of Elgin; His Children, Jimmy Dean KylBerg of Thorndale(Wife Stacy), Ashley Hinistroza of Thorndale(Husband Nic), Nathan Kylberg of Lexington(Jennifer), Lexy Gonzales of Elgin(Husband Joey); His Grandchildren Hayden & Taylor Kylberg(Jimmy), Kalen Revia, Darian & Jordan Hinistroza(Ashley), Jaydon Thomas, Easton & Makinley Kylberg(Nathan), Rainey Graham & Carter Gonzales (Lexy); his Great Grandchildren Rush & Ryot(Kalen), Kaimyn(Darian), Theseus Paul(Jordan) and his Nephew Lee Jones.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Erland Kylberg.
