Linda Fay Rogers

Linda Fay Rogers (Mamaw) returned to her heavenly home peacefully on June 27, 2017, at the age of 78.

Linda was born in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, on January 15, 1939, to the late Johnny and Ina Fay Resch. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, and Mamaw. She enjoyed spending time with her Family and she was a very spiritual woman who enjoyed cooking and taking care of her grandchildren. She was Mamaw to everyone she met. Linda loved her husband of 56 years dearly, “Oh, Lucy”.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband Lee Rogers and son Phil Rogers.

Linda is survived by her Daughter Karen Easley, Daughter Sherry (Don) Voorhis, Daughter Vicki (Jeffery) Loeve, Grandkids; Jona Rogers, Doyle Lee (Aleshia) Harkins, Scott (Kelsey) Harkins, Kristi (Joe) Carter, Wesley (Kristin) Schroeder, Justin (Emily) Schroeder, Clayton Loeve, Jacob (Ashley) Loeve, Whitney (Lorenzo) Lizardo and Fourteen Great-Grandkids.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Friday, June 30, 2017 Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, July 1, 2017 Yegua Creek Free Evangelical Church Pastor Mark Nygard officiating. Interment to follow in the Type Cemetery.
