Maria C. Rios, 91,peacefully passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at her home in Elgin Texas.

She was predeceased by her Husband Cruz Rios.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Maria (Rocio) Barcenas; Lupe Rios; Olivo Rios, spouse Anabel Rios; Noemi Rios, spouse Antonio Tijerina Jr.; and Jessica Rios. Grandchildren Christina Velasquez, spouse Kenny Roberts; Genesis Martinez, Vanessa Martinez, spouse Daniel Torres and David Rios, spouse Crystal Salgado; Isabella, Alejandra and Cuauhtemoc Rios. Great grandchildren Aleiyah Cook, Daniel III, Jamison and Cruzito Torres.

A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, June 1, 2023, Providence-Jones Funeral Home, with the recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM.

Celebration of Mass Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, June 2, 2023, Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Paul Hudson presiding.

Interment will follow in the Elgin Latin Cemetery
