Ruth Marie Bostic

Ruth Marie Lawhon Bostic, age 97, of Knobbs Springs, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017. She was born December 5, 1919 to John Wesley Lawhon and Dora Elizabeth Fagg at Lawhon Springs, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years L.H. “Shorty” Bostic, her daughter Elizabeth Ann Bostic Beauchamp, her son Curtis Bostic, Grandsons Jason Warren Beauchamp and Gary Wayne Beauchamp.

She is survived by three sons, Julius Bostic and wife Joyce, Russell Bostic and wife Connie, Dale Bostic and wife Virginia, eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank special caregivers Stephanie Reese and Rebecca Langley and staff of Bec’s Blessings.
